This place is a joke! I had a small spot on my back door, that had a small paint chip, and was showing the "metal." I asked them, if they had any solutions/ideas of what I could do to keep my back door from rusting. "Amber" who never even took a look at it. Told me that I would have to replace the whole door. Had another Body Shop, look at it. They took care of it with no problem.

American Auto Body in Adams did such an amazing job on our car. Without a doubt their work is truly perfection. Amber is very friendly & answered any questions that we had. She also worked with our insurance & Enterprise for our loaner vehicle. I give them a 5 out of 5. (The before pic is from hitting a deer in Feb.

They tried to have me pick up a truck with many parts missing, im glad I checked. Not once was I informed that the truck wasn't completed when they called to have me pick it up. He then blamed me for him not completing the job after I asked for the payout for the missing parts. The insurance company did grant my payout, and I completed the truck myself. They installed broken parts, couldnt gets some parts and didnt inform me, and missed 5 push pins. These people are a joke and shouldnt be in the automotive business. I suggest talking your vehicles down by the dells.

I took my 2018 truck in to American after a deer ran into the drivers door. The work they did was exceptional, professional and quick turn around time. Amber was great with scheduling repair and letting me know when it was done. I am very pleased with the finished product, truck looks like brand new. I highly recommend American autobody.

Very busy place, but handled with excellent efficiency that sweet girl at the front desk can answer 15 phone calls. Take the pictures of your car. Find you a rental tell you which day you’re going to get there and be happy and put a smile on your face too excellent service here
