The technician came out to our rural property to install a new windshield in response to an insurance claim on one of our cars. He showed up on time and did a great job. While he was there, I pointed out that another of our cars had a recent chip in the windshield and that I had tried to file an online claim but it didn't seem to have gone through. He looked at it, called his office to get the ok to fix it, and took care of it quickly. Turns out the $80 cost was less than my $250 insurance deductible anyway so everything was great.
