My family loves shopping at American auto part for long years. Every time we're in need we just call, they always ask for our name. They always have the part we need in the store, ready for u to take home, every part is clean to. every thing is so affordable. Every one is kind and the parts comes with a warranty. Now that my truck is back up and running we wanna give thanks to American auto and thank God for such a good company in the neighborhood. Amen

I found out the day after I ordered the wrong tire rim it had already shipped. I tried to cancel first thing in the morning but it was too late. I spoke with the customer service specialist. He informed me I did not need to return the item. I was fully refunded and very satisfied with the resolution.

American auto parts is always a great resource when you’re looking for those parts that you just don’t wanna pay full price on for new. I came here today looking for a door and a side panel for a truck for the company that I work for. We found what we needed and the staff was incredibly friendly to help us. They even assisted us loading the heavy items. Everyone in the store was fantastic and we appreciate all the help that they gave us. If you’re looking for those items that you just don’t want to spend a lot of cash on new parts, then give American auto parts a call. I’m sure they can help you find the same thing if not pretty close to for an incredible reasonable cost.
