American Auto Recovery & Grassfield Towing

I live an hour away from Chesapeake and was running errands in Chesapeake, alone with my two small children on a day that temperatures hit around 88°F. After returning to my car after running errands with my children, I went to turn my car on just to be surprised with a dead battery. I searched roadside assistance near me and actually called the top rated towing company in the area first and was greeted via telephone with a rude associate who told me they were busy and he’d give me a call back later. (He never did). So knowing I couldn’t just wait on a potential call back while alone with my kids, stranded an hour away with my two children, I called this company. They answered immediately and were so nice. I was immediately given a price and after giving my location, I was told it could be

After an accident our daughters car was towed here and in dealing with the staff and speaking to the owner I found very kind and reasonable customer service. Something you don't often find these days. I was extremely impressed.

Stole over $200worth of colonge out my car then said there not responsible also told me it takes a hour to process so now I have to pay for another day lol I think not

They have been good with most everything that I have taken to them. I have a X6 and an SRX. Not bowled over by the service be they get the work done.
