I was recommended Laura and she is amazing. We have now bought 2 motors from American through her and are going on our 3rd. She is very detailed making sure she has all the correct information before giving you prices. Then she makes sure you understand the warranty and the process of you ever needed. As of now we haven't. Also had an issue with getting our core money back and Laura was super helpful when I reached out for help. Instead of handing me off to someone else she personally help take care of the situation. Definitely will always contact Laura for anything we need.

I don’t post reviews often but this one deserves it due to the Great Service and attention I received from Laura Salas at American Auto Salvage. My 2015 Yukon 6.2L engine went out for the third time. Had bought two used engines, from different salvage yards and both went out within 6 month warranty. Living in chicago I tried to buy a new remanufactured engine from GMC, but dealers here told me it could take 1-6 months before I received it. So I went online and saw that America auto had a reman engine at a reasonable price, called and talked to Laura. I was skeptical, but still drove down to Ft. Dont ever buy from them. They took my money and never mailed the fender. My bank refunded me and told me the account that I was sending it to was fraudulent
