Chris is honest, goes way above expectation! It's a rarity to find a person as honest, understanding and hard working in these days of "Scams". Thank you so much for treating people honest and respectful. Your business is a breath of fresh air. My family and I would score a perfect 10, if it were possible. Chris at American Auto and Truck is an honest, transparent, and ethical mechanic and business owner. I had taken my late model car to Meineke for an inspection to make sure it was safe for my teenager to drive, and they showed me convincing videos the auto tech took during the inspection of hundreds or thousands of dollars of 'repairs' that needed to be done. I took my car to American Auto for a second opinion, and they found nothing wrong with my car, saving me a lot of money! They didn't even charge me for the inspection! Thank you, Chris, and American Auto for being professional and trustworthy!

This place is great. My grandma had been coming down for years, and after an issue with a nearby autoshop, i was hesitant to trust a mechanic with my car. Chris i believe his name took care of me. Got my car back up and running, and now im on the road again. Definitely save yourself the headache of dealing with mechanics you're not sure you can trust. Now, i might actually look into maintaining my vehicle 😅

Friendly and very competent. My car (2014 Ford Taurus limited) which suffered a electronic steering module failure was towed in their shop. Once the part arrived it was installed quickly and professionally. Very happy with their service. Would highly recommend them.
