Have been their twice and had nothing but exceptional service. The guys down there were honest about the work and time it took to complete the job. Will 100% be taking my cars back to them and referring all my friends. Norm was the guy that worked with me from start to finish and it was a great experience.

WARNING!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! SCAMS! My Family and I have been customers here for years. It used to be a great place, with honest people working there. It recently changed owners and it went bad. They run scams now. Overpriced parts and services. They charge for services they don’t complete, and tinckle your car so you have other issues and hopefully come back.

I have had a lot of my cars serviced at American Automotive. They have done simple work like changing a spark plug on a Mini Cooper S to complicated work like changing a transmission on a Ford Edge SE. They are fast, reliable and guarantee their work. Took my car in to get the AC fixed they said I had a leak which I already knew they changed out one line and recharged the system. A few days later noticed a leak from the other line. Overpriced and they didn't even fix it right. Also told me it would be an hour and I was there for 3 hours and was late to work. Never coming here again
