Incorrectly diagnosed my Pickup. I had done some test myself and was confident my rear differential needed new bearings but they told me it was my front wheel bearings instead so I spent $1300 changing front wheel bearings and then it was my rear differential after all. Cost me $180 for them to diagnose that incorrectly. Then they were supposed to get back to me on a quote for them to replace bearings in rear differential but they never got back to me so I had to go with a different shop. They didn’t even do the test I told him I did to come to the conclusion that it was my rear differential so of course typical mechanic shop thinks they know better than every customer. Did not take my concerns and information seriously.

I had an excellent experience at this shop! Curry were fantastic — they took the time to listen to me and relayed my concerns to the mechanics. I've taken my car to 3 other places, where they said noting was wrong just to rush my car out. The mecanics really worked to figure out what was going on with my car. It’s clear that they care about providing quality service. I’m highly satisfied with the attention and care they gave to my vehicle. Highly recommend

I recently went to American Automotive Services after a nightmare of an experience with the chevy dealership in town. These guys took a genuine interest in the issue at hand with the fuel system and were able to get my car in the next day to do a diagnostic check. It took them less than a half a day to do what the dealership couldn't do in a months time and had my car running. I was also very appreciative with the follow up check they did at the end of the day to ensure everything was running smoothly. They were knowledgeable, honest, expeditious, and professional. I will definitely be going back if i ever need a vehicle serviced again. If your looking for a hard working honest team, these guys deserve a look.
