American Campers

Traveling north pulling a vast boat headed from North Carolina to the middle of nowhere. Canada stopped to check my trailer boat. Wheel bearings and one was hotter than I expected. I called a couple places that showed up first on Google. Search both referred me to American campers. Total blessing. Jamie and his crew were able to jump right on it in a few hours redo the wheel bearings on my trailer and did it with a smile. The staff was super friendly, easy to talk to and did a fabulous job. Highly recommend this crew, especially for an emergency situation like I was in. They had a great selection of campers and used cars as well.

I can't say enough good about the dealership, the folks that work there and the phenomenal customer service. First of all, Gary was a joy to work with and allowed us time to make a tough decision. His response to us was always timely and helpful. Secondly, we went back to contemplate our decision, this is when we met Scott. He took the time inside the units to discuss pros/cons, etc. I know they were busy, but we never felt rushed. Last but not least Jamie..... I can't say enough. He's messaged back after hours, he and Gary delivered our unit when the shop was closed and have dealt with a few glitches in the unit with class, poise, patience and quick response. Stopped by here to check out their vehicles they had for sale. Looked at a Silverado they said wasn't for sale yet. Told them I had cash to pay for it and to contact me as soon as it became available for sale which was suppose to have been 1-2weeks and month later I hear nothing so I had to go buy a truck elsewhere.

Our new 2022 Montana 3121RL. This was our third purchase form American Campers. Scott and Gary ordered this unit for us and were great in having it ready to go when we arrived.
