I am very dissatisfied because I chose the most expensive service there, and yet I received a car that was not clean.

If I could give this car wash zero out of five stars, I would. Absolutely terrible service from start to finish. My car was still dirty inside and out after the wash, which completely defeats the purpose of coming here. On top of that, the staff was rude and unhelpful when I pointed out the issues. No apology, no attempt to fix it—just attitude. Save your time and money and go somewhere that actually cares about quality and customer service.

I am new to the area and this car wash is close to my home. The guys were great, polite, and friendly! The woman inside taking payment was rude and nasty. Her cracking gum was annoying and she is the epitome of unfriendly customer service. Rude, rude, rude! She is the reason for a low score and this review.

Go here every year to purchase several gift cards for my father for Xmas. Drove 20 minutes to be told they are not selling gift cards because they are changing their prices. Really?? Not a wise business decision. A few dollar difference in price and you just lost a customer. Not only did you just lose the sale of the gift cards but I’ll never be back again! I’ve heard the owner also owns Recoil Gun Range - If true I guess his focus is on that and obviously not the car wash.
