Great service from Tom and his team. Called for a quote on Wednesday and they drove to my home on Saturday to remove and install my new Auto Glass with no issues! Other repair shops either were not responsive, priced higher, or would not travel for mobile repair in the same price. Check out American Eagle Auto Glass. We had my wife's windshield replaced about 6 months ago on her Lexus Everything looked good and the technician was professional and courteous. After the first rainfall after replacement, we noticed a leak saturating the a-pillar inside and also leaking into the glove box. Initally we thought it was the sunroof but after looking at it and taking it to the dealership it turns out it was coming from the windshield. I called Tommy to see if we can get this resolved and he told me to check the sun roof drain tubes, which I had done, he said to send him pictures and a video of the water leaking into tbe car, which I did. I reached out to American Eagle Auto Glass (AEAG) to have my cracked windshield replaced for a quote. They picked up right away, but after calling other businesses and reading reviews, I decided to book AEAG. I could not get any one answer my calls. I attempted 3 times, and on my final 4th attempt, I was able to talk to someone. The earliest someone could come out to replace my windshield was 2 days from booking between the hours of 9AM and 12PM. On the day of, they did not appear, nor answer my calls. I finally received a response at 2:47PM stating that they will have to reschedule for the next day, citing an emergency with their van.
