I was traveling from out of town when my car unexpectedly broke down. I called the shop first thing in the morning, and they immediately made room for me. They had my car diagnosed, repaired, and ready to go by the end of the day so I could drive home the next morning. Throughout the entire process, the team was incredibly helpful, highly professional, and extremely responsive. Their customer service was truly top-notch, and they went above and beyond to make a stressful situation much easier. I’m grateful for their quick turnaround and exceptional support. Took my Porsche Panamara 4s in for a major service, $3,000 however less than the dealer. A couple of days before taking it in my check engine light came on, and went into limp mode, the next day taking in for service it went off and out of limp mode, they completed service, on test drive they contacted me and informed me the check engine light came on and they scanned for codes, one of the turbos had a mechanical failure, I had purchased an extended warranty when I purchased car, $9,800 I would rather have the warranty and never use it vs not having it and needing, long story short, they called my extended warranty co, they had to come out and physically inspect turbo, and approved replacing, $7,000 with tax, anyway picked it up 1-16-26 car runs and drives amazing! They took great care of me and had my car back to me in a very timely manner! The staff was very friendly, and it was a very positive environment to be in!
