First time experience with American smog Dan was outstanding. Great customer service made you feel like family. I cannot recall the office ladies name, but she was also very nice, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend to anybody needing a smog for their vehicle To use this company, extremely fast less than 30 minutes On my vehicle.

I had a great experience at American Smog. Dan was extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. I actually called all the way from San Diego CA while my wife was visiting Oakdale CA, and he took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing me. Not only that, but he also went out of his way to refer me to other shops for my mechanic needs, which says a lot about his honesty and willingness to help even when it didn’t directly benefit him. The service was quick, straightforward, and completely stress-free. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. I really appreciate the help and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing a smog check in the area.

Called to set an appointment. Was able to fit us in right away. The owner was friendly and efficient. Got right in and out. Zero issues. Woman in the office was just as welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be using American Smog for our other cars.
