Very professional team. I am very picky who i allow to touch my BMWs when work is required and these guys were it. Highly recommend for any euro freak like me 🤣 they good very good care of my BMW M550 and cool thing is they have a BMW race car…. They know what they do… give them a chance to earn your business even if it’s a simple oil change like they did for me.

Is it really that hard to just change one tire? My wheel!!! It's my fault I was in a hurry and didn't see what they did that day... I paid 120$ for one tire

I visit this place anytime my car needs maintenance or has an issue. I never have to wait long to get a diagnostic and they are always fair with the pricing and never suggest unnecessary repairs. Extremely trustworthy establishment, highly recommended.

Very honest. I came in because I had a flat and needed one tire changed. The guy at the front checked the tread on the other tires and didn’t try to sell me on all 4 tires and told me that they had a few more months in them. The price was great too.

Horrible customer service!!! I purchased a low-profile tire from this shop in August, and less than two months later, I had a blowout on I-95. The nearest shop where I had to replace it told me it was a clear tire defect and advised me to return it to the original shop. When I went back today, I was extremely disappointed in how the owner handled the situation. There was no empathy, no willingness to help, and no offer of a discount or even to properly complete a claims form. I expected better customer service and accountability. Unfortunately, I will not be returning or recommending this shop to others.
