American Tire and Service

When we first arrived in Rio Rancho 3 years ago, nearly everyone we spoke to recommended American Tire for our service needs. They have never steered us wrong. I have complete trust in their workmanship, and staff is friendly and helpful. I love my car and want it to last forever. With American Tire’s help, that may happen!

American Tire and Service is trustworthy and extremely reliable! They have a high level of integrity as well! I witnessed a lady walk in who had already received an oil change, tire rotation, and vehicle inspection two months earlier and came in for another oil change after receiving a promotional text. The front office could’ve very easily told her that they’d be happy to perform another oil change, tire rotation, vehicle inspection, and instead turned away the business because it was the right thing to do. She responded happily, and assured them that she would be back in a couple of months for the service again. I myself, went in because my oil pan was leaking, turns out that the drain valve was just loose. I initially thought it was a seal issue, and I would’ve never known otherwise. Th

I have been taking cars to American Tire since I moved to Rio Rancho 15 years ago. Many a time for a second opinion after going to the dealership. They have always been honest and done good work. I attribute this to Rocky. This last time that I took my car in, he answered the phone when I called to make an appointment. I knew when I spoke to him that I would get good service there. Each time I’ve taken a car there and have had to get major work done, he has explained everything (to a non car person) in a way I could understand. That has helped me make informed decisions. Once, I made a decision to not have anymore work done on a car that was at the end of its life. This time, I am having work done on a car that has much more to give. I had new tires installed on my truck. As always, Rich and the crew took very good care of me. I was also made aware of a potential alignment issue during that process. Rich provided me with photos of where the problem lies along with the cost of repair. It was decided to check for any abnormal tire wear at the 5000 mile service. It's service like this that is why I remain a customer of American Tire and Service.

Huge shoutout to the crew at American Tire and Service! My car definitely wasn’t making things easy, but they stuck with it and got the job done right.
