I had a great experience at American Tire & Auto Care. I came in without an appointment, and they were welcoming from the start. They clearly explained what work would be done on my car and the associated cost. The wait time was reasonable, and they even have a comfortable waiting room with beverages and popcorn, which was a nice touch. 🍿 At the end, I asked them to check my tire pressure multiple times because I wasn’t sure it was right, and they were extremely patient and accommodating. 🛞 Throughout the visit, the staff was polite, professional, and genuinely focused on doing a great job. Highly recommend! 👌

The lead Customer Care team are all seasoned professionals. The newly reconstructed customer entrance & service counter and customer waiting room are updated, comfortable, clean with nice furnishings. While American Tire is a stronghold in the New Jersey market, this Mercerville location feels like you’re supporting and working with a local community business which is very positive.

First time coming here and I was so impressed. I think after hopping around to random places/dealerships for years I have found the place that will be the reliable go-to shop for my family! I love that you can make an appointment online, and when I arrived I was surprised by the large entry, very professional staff and check in process, and beautiful waiting area. The photos on google are outdated, it looks much more updated now. I could definitely work there while waiting for my car. It felt very safe, comfortable, welcoming and clean. I brought my car in for the heat going in and out. On my way in, it seemed to start working again but figured I’d have them take a look anyway. Thank you so much!! I have maintained my Honda Accord at a Honda dealership for 12 years. I thought that was the best place because I bought it there, their mechanics are trained on Hondas, and they have the parts. Their price for this particular repair was more than the car is worth. American Tire & Auto has proven to me that they can do the same job for far less. Thanks to my daughter's and her husband's recommendations you now have a new customer!!

Dave and the entire team were very helpful, informative and easy to work with. Dave gave me 3 good options of tires. And the service was completed within his estimated time frame. The reception area and waiting area were both clean and bright. I have been using them for years and as always, definitely recommend them.
