I’ve got a flat tire on the freeway and rushed to the nearest tire shop to fix it. The guys were very friendly and welcoming, accepted my car very quickly right away and did excellent job! I was pleasantly surprised and appreciative for their wonderful service. Thank you so much! I would definitely recommend this place for tire service and I will tell about it to all my friends.

I came in unexpectedly with a flat tire caused by a nail, and from the moment I arrived, everyone immediately jumped in to help me. The team was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They repaired the tire, noticed rust on the back of my wheels, and even polished it without me asking. What truly amazed me was that they refused to charge me anything — zero charge — and simply wished me luck on my way. It’s rare to experience this level of honesty, generosity, and human kindness these days. I’m still in disbelief at how well I was treated. These guys are incredible. Auto repair shops usually stress me out, but this team is consistently calm, welcoming, and honest. Over the past two years I’ve needed tire help three different times, and every experience has been outstanding. The first time I came in, they found a single tire that perfectly matched the others on my car, saving me a ton of money. A few months later I returned for another issue and, once again, they found me a great same-day deal and had me back on the road fast. Today, less than a year later, I discovered a bolt in my tire (of course 😅) and they patched it for free. I honestly owe them three five-star reviews, but here’s at least one. I’ve been really fortunate to have found John and his team at American Tire Centers (ATC) in December 2023. Today (in 2026) I went in to get all four brake pads replaced because the dealership had told me my brake pads were measuring between 3mm-4mm, basically in the yellow. Though I don’t drive much, with all the erratic drivers out there I thought it best to get it taken care of. I did call around to see what the lay of the land is — whether I pay less or more, I try my best to make conscious choices of what/where I’m spending my money on. Though with a coupon another major chain was $30 cheaper, I decided to go with ATC because I trust John and they respect me and my time.
