This was such a fantastic experience from the first phone call I made with questions! Jake was so patient and helpful, really willing to work with me!! When we picked the car up, Juan was also so friendly, informative and helpful! We will definitely tell others about them.

I had an excellent experience at American Tire Depot. I purchased 4 tires and got an alignment done, and the service was outstanding. The manager, Juan, went above and beyond to make sure I found tires I was truly pleased with, especially since the model I originally wanted was being discontinued. He personally handled the order and installation and made the entire process quick and stress-free. I really appreciated his kindness and willingness to help—especially after visiting other places for quotes where I honestly felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. That was not the case here at all. This was by far the best service I received. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this location.

Service team was excellent both on the phone and in person, they ordered my tires and match the best price that I had for four high-end Michelin sport, tires, plus installation and alignment, have been here multiple times before, and they never disappoint

I came here to rotate my tires on a new Tesla I had bought. Jacob at the front desk was very helpful and Anthony rotated my tires quickly. I brought my own pucs - Tesla vehicles need these for tire rotations to protect battery- but this Tire Store has them! I was pleased with my service ii tipped Anthony $10 for my FREE tire rotation and I forgot to tip Jacob for giving me a quote on something I wanted. I will get you next time Jake. - by the way I forget to check what Jake was wearing . LOL- only commercial watchers will get that.

I was looking for a tire store that was open on Sundays and this one came up. I arrived right when they opened, so I was the first and only one there and was helped immediately. When I had my car serviced at my dealership, they said I had 2 tires with low tread, but suggested I go to a different store to get them cheaper. Here, one of the employees checked the treads, confirmed that at least one of them definitely needed to be changed and suggested that the others were nearing the time that they had to be changed as well. Since they were having a deal for 3 tires and I didn't want to come back in a few months, I just had all 4 tires changed. I read another reviewer say that there were shops nearby you could look around at, so instead of waiting in the waiting room, I chose to go out a
