Outstanding service from American Tire Depot. I stopped in with a screw in my tire and they took care of it quickly and professionally — and even repaired it at no charge. They explained the repair clearly, got me in and out efficiently, and the work was done right. It’s refreshing to find a shop that values customer service and integrity.

I appreciated that my breaks did not need replaced. They actually called and said they were fine. I honestly don’t think I said anything for a few seconds, out of pure shock. Then I kept waiting for the “but”. It didn’t come. They found an important belt was in bad shape and should be replaced when I could. They didn’t pressure me, try to scare me and since I didn’t have to pay for breaks and they didn’t pressure me I went ahead and had them replace it. I left there paying way less than I expected to. Which this was a nice change. Being a woman I have had too many experiences where they have tried to take advantage of me, thinking because I’m a woman I must be stupid. Believe me it does happen all the time. But not here, so thank you American Tire Depot. I highly recommend their services.

Not only did she give me a great deal, she gave me honest advice that showed she genuinely cared about my safety and well-being. While waiting for my car, I noticed the rest of the team shared the same welcoming, hospitable vibe. What could’ve been a boring, routine errand turned into a comfortable experience where I left feeling safer, better informed, and genuinely grateful to have found a shop that feels more like a neighbor than a business. 10/10 recommend to everyone!

We highly recommend AmericanTire Depot. We had a transmission replaced and anytime we called they were all amazing. We were given regular updates and the staff is honest and trustworthy. Candice is so helpful. She worked with our warranty company and did everything she said she would do. We are very thankful for Candice and the staff. They also did a great job.
