DISAPPOINTED! DON'T GO HERE What an incompetent disaster. I am deeply disappointed. The images are a bit dusty but I purchased 4 new tires here. My existing wheels and tires were less than 2 weeks old. After the service, all FOUR NEW wheels were damaged by very poor handling when re-balancing for the new tires. They didn't clean the old adhesive (not a huge deal) but the scratches on the black satin finish are deep and visible from a distance. I advised them and was told to look for emails and follow up with the manager. I heard nothing, so I went in to speak with the manager and was told that he would schedule a wheel service. After several days and empty promises, I'm moving on. I honestly don't even trust them to fix them even if they offer. There are plenty of low budget options in

A massive shout out to Alex, who went above and beyond to take care of everything I needed. He made the whole process easy, explained my options clearly. It’s rare to find that level of genuine customer care. Do yourself a favor and ask for Alex—you won't regret it!

Came here this morning for a patch job which unfortunately turned into a replacement due to where the puncture was. Zeke initially helped me out at the counter - courteous, professional, no frills. Service was quick esp. for a Saturday and staff/mechanics seemed very capable in their technical expertise. Will definitely be back here for any future tire issues! (but hopefully not lol)

Overall great experience and service all around. I was lucky my wait time today was about 1 and a half hours, got here a bit early I guess. I would definitely recommend others here and do business. Thank you to all the staff that provided me professional customer service experience. 🤜
