Updated‼️ I would not recommend this place unless you desperately need a tire and can’t make it anywhere else. Warning ⚠️ TL/DR I went here to get some 33 inch tires installed on some 22 inch rims, first of all it took ages to get the process started but they managed to order the tires and even they got there they put them on the rims. However, it seemed like the manager was very eager and willing to help cuz he knew I was going to be spending a decent amount of money for them but when it came time to put them on the car they could not get them to fit even though they told me they should fit. So then the manager told me I needed wheel adapters/spacers, not a problem I told him as I was willing to spend enough to get them installed. He told me I had to “specially order” them, I said “ok“

Deal with anybody except FRANK! The word customer service for this guy is non existent! Been a customer of tire depot eversince even before they changed their name to big brand. Since I moved, i was happy to find out that theres a tire depot close to where I live so I decided to continue getting the service from them. I've never had any bad experience eversince except with this guy! Set up a 3pm appointment for a tire repair and arrived at the shop at 2:45pm just to be told that I had to wait until 5pm to be serviced. I would understand if I need to wait 30mins to even an hour which is fine with me. But to be told to wait until 5pm is just disappointing and worse, for FRANK to not show even a bit of concern is unacceptable! You have to teach this guy what customer service is. I understand

Today’s service visit was great! I called earlier today for an appointment. I can tell they were busy but Frank still gave me a later appointment for a tire rotation. While there they recommended an alignment. Even if it was close to closing time, they were able to complete both services. This shop is my go tire shop. They are always dependable and trustworthy. I recommend them 💯!

I was getting off work And as I started driving, I got the error message indicating I had a flat. I was able to get in and have my tire repaired without an appointment in just over an hour. They were super busy so I Am super appreciative of their kindness and willingness to help me. I would definitely recommend to a friend in need of tire or other auto services

I made an appointment for a wheel alignment. I was greeted by Daisy. She was very informative and kind. She quoted me a price with a discount and ensured that the wheel alignment would be completed in an hour, she was correct! Great job by all
