This place is great! Always attention to detail and always doing their best to get you in and out quickly. Daryl the manager did not try to upsell me or push me in any direction, just listened to my concerns and offered up his best solution. Very relaxing vibe and top quality service. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

I've been here twice and both times have been a pleasant experience. The customer service is honest and excellent. I would definitely recommend this business to a friend or family member. The staff is very insightful and helps you understand what's steps are needed to get the job done.

My husband and I went in to look for rims and tires for one of our trucks. We left, thinking, we can't buy at the first store we looked at, let's check out other places..... we drove right back there after 30 minutes of driving around and ordered what we wanted. These guys had the most amazing attitude, customer service was on point and the general vibe of the entire store was so awesome, we went back and fixed up our other truck with new tires and rims. This location has an outstanding team — Daryl and Francisco are absolute MVPs! I brought in my 2007 Honda Civic after thinking the power steering was leaking onto the serpentine belt, which was causing an obnoxious squeal at idle. I called Daryl, explained the issue, and he immediately got the part on its way to the shop. When I arrived, Francisco took the time to walk me through what was happening with the tensioner. It was so loose that the belt could be tightened by hand — no leverage needed. After showing me the issue, I had to leave for another appointment, and Daryl kept me updated throughout the rest of the process. At AMERICAN TIRE DEPOT on State in Hemet, we bought tires last year for our 2021 MAZDA CX5 SKY TURBO, and gave them a great review. We alternate between them & HELLO MAZDA in Temecula (get checks back n forth). Recently they refer us to BIG BRAND TIRES on Florida, so BIG BRAND on Florida did a brake fluid exchange late last year $110. Seemed OK. Last week an oil change for $108. While waiting a "manager ?" was doing complaint talking in front of customers--not good. Soafter oil change, they said rotors had cracking starts so we should think about replacing them. The MAZDA auto system said oil low!!! Possibly delayed GPS from change, but no, it continued, so next day called and spoke with a Phil. He offered a "coupon" for being short on oil??? This is not acceptable, so I called AME
