Five stars! Started my hectic day off by finding a blade stuck in the side of my tire… absolutely not ideal, especially with a thousand things on my to-do list. I made a blind phone call and Vince picked up. I briefly explained my situation, and he told me to drive safe and head on over. Thank goodness I did, because without this incredible team I would’ve been in a bad spot. Even though they didn’t have the tire I needed in stock, they were able to order it, have it delivered from the warehouse, and replace it all by the end of the day. They took a frustrating situation and turned it into a much kinder one. Highly recommend.

These guys are great. They are professional, great customer service and they know their stuff. I came in for a tire rotation and alignment. I'm always amazed how much better my car rides after this. I highly recommend them and have complete confidence in their service.

My first experience with American Tire Depot, Huntington Beach exceeded my expectations. I called-in after experiencing tire damage on the way to a meeting in LA. Prior to having the vehicle towed, I called the store and spoke with Enrique. The tires weren’t in stock but he was able to get them within the hour. Enrique and the team delivered and got my car back on the road so I could make my meeting in LA. Thank you so much!

I want to say this shop has the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced from any other shop. The young man Taylor you have working there is top notch, he listened to me and gave me suggestions on what tires would best suit my needs. He made me feel like my situation mattered and that he wasn’t just trying to make a sale. If you’re looking for tires and want a it done right come here and ask for Taylor

Amazing customer service. Taylor, in particular, went out of his way to locate a very difficult tire to find and fit me into his busy schedule. His communication was excellent and he had me in-and-out of there in no time! Probably took him 20-25 (or less) minutes to replace a M+S tire on an oversized Tesla Model S frame. He also inspected my other tires within that timeframe. I was so impressed and grateful for his professionalism, kindness, hard work, and extreme efficiency.
