We limped into the Indio location after wasting our time and being unimpressed at a few other near by places. We were running on a spare so we didn't want to mess around. MARIO and JENNY were excellent. Very professional informative knowledgeable efficient and friendly, and perhaps most important of all, about half the price of a few of the other places that would have taken a few days to even get the right tire for me. They put two new front tires on and how does out of there within the hour, it was great! I live way out in Salton City so it's imperative that I have reliable tires, this is definitely the place to go the place I would recommend to any friend and the place I will go next time I need tires and/or tire related things. Honestly I really don't enjoy coming to town anyway so get

I needed to upgrade my old tires, I popped into the Indio store and Charles gave me a great deal! Fast, friendly service with a smile, highly recommend.

Had such a great experience! Called them at opening time the day after Christmas & spoke to Jenny I believe her name was(sorry if I’m wrong!). Explained to her my situation, even told her I had the part I just needed help getting it in. She scheduled me for an appointment same day at 9:30am. She was informative & very helpful.The technician Nino who worked on my car, solved an issue I’ve been trying to fix all week in literally 30 mins! Went in at 9:30am & I’m at home writing this right now at 11:00am. The turn around was GREAT. I would DEFINITELY be returning to them when needed, & I highly recommend them! Cool staff, good waiting area, good turn around. 10/10

Great customer service! Mario (store manager ) is the best & Great staff! Great team work make you feel like your home! Most definitely coming back and recommending my family and friends to shop for tires in this location! Mario was great at communicating every detail of my car durning my stay thank you! I had went to the Lq sister store literally 4 x’s for an oil change. They had sent me away each time. I’m certainly glad I ended up in Indio store who took me as a walk in pretty close to closing time. As my schedule would only allow. I appreciate the customer service considerably!! Thank you again- the front desk Jenny was friendly, welcoming and professional. Will def make the drive again.
