American Tire Depot

Hell, yes, I would recommend these guys. They were great. It was pretty close to closing. I just got something in my tire. They fixed it for free. I know they probably wanted to go home, but they really helped me out. Totally grateful.

Went to get a tire patched on Sunday. American Tire Depot workers were nice enough, but clearly didn't want to work. They told me that the screw didn't go through the tire and there was nothing wrong even though I informed them the tire was flat and i had to put air into it in order to get the vehicle there. By Monday morning the tire was flat again so I put air in it again and went to America's Tire who diagnosed the problem in 5 seconds as you could hear the air coming out of the tire and they were able to remove the rest of the screw from the tire and patch it easily. I get that it's Sunday and you guys don't want to work. I don't want to work on Sunday either, but come on. It's blatantly obvious the tire was leaking air. You could hear it for goodness sake.

I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but he was so kind and accommodating with getting me the best deal for tires for the buy 3 get 1 free sale plus an alignment. I had my baby with me and he made sure my appointment was fast. They finished in about 45 min! I felt very well taken care of. Thank you!

From the moment I stopped at ATD, I was attended to right away. The noise I heard my car make was loud and troublesome. Larry the manager took the time to explain everything and showed me exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. He called me a Lyft on their dime and called a rental connection to give me the best price. The car was fixed as promised and communication was constant throughout the whole time. The follow up was also appreciated! I would recommend American Tire Depot in Ventura (Oxnard) 100%!! If you have any kind of trouble go see these guys, they tell you the truth and take care of you!!

** I revised my comment** I meant to say “no time” instead or “to time”, which doesnt even make sense. Larry was extremely helpful. It took me no time no reconigze his professionalism and expertise. We got done what we needed done in a timely manner. Moreover, he quickly recognized that I was an active-duty service memeber and thanked me for my service. I would definitely recommed this place and will visit again for my future tire needs.
