I was just passing through the city today when I suddenly noticed that my tire had been punctured by a nail. I quickly searched online for nearby tire shops and found this place. I’m so glad I came here! The staff member who helped me was incredibly friendly and professional. He carefully inspected the damaged area and even checked the rest of the tire to make sure everything was safe. Within just 20 minutes, the tire was fully repaired — quick, efficient, and skillful. What touched me the most was that he ended up repairing the tire for free, seeing how anxious I was. I truly appreciate this kind gesture. Great service. I went in with a flat tire around 10am which was not repairable. The specific tire (Continental) was not in stock but Jason looked into it and said he could have one in by the afternoon. The tech filled up my flat and I was able to still make it to work. I returned to the shop at 4:30pm and the tire had already arrived. They switched it out and I was on the road in less than an hour. The staff really simplified what could have been a stressful day and it was very much appreciated.
