So I mailed approximately 18 bills by handing them to my mailman. ATD was one of those bills. NONE of them have ever cleared my bank account since November 21 2023. ATD quit sending us tires. No courtesy call no nothing. I called to attempt to pay via my debit card but no they could not do it. Then they directed me to a website that did not work to make payment so I sent $4500.00 ish to them and still no tires no help. I get it but a order comes in and to just ignore it and let the customer rot is bad business. I guess my $14,833.47 I spent last year with them means nothing. I will be curious what it will be this year. My guess is they really don't care. I tried to call and the answering machine was full and it kept me in a dreadful loop at the number atop their own website. My guess is t

If you get there to deliver after they are closed you can park outside the gate. The place is clean, friendly staff and enough room to easily back into the door. They hand unload the tires and will have a 53' trailer empty within 2 hours.

Appointment time was 8 am got me in the dock at 6 am and was done by 7:40 ... very nice and efficient !

Review based solely on your drivers that frequent Hardy rd. SLOW DOWN! It’s a 45 speed limit.

Everything is great except the attitude of the unfriendly girl at the customer service desk.Needs to understand mistakes happen,part of having a customer service job and sometimes the person picking up isn't the person who made the mistake 🤷
