AMERICAN TIRE truck / trailer repair

Only giving one star because no stars is not an option. Not only did they not show up when they said they would. They showed up 3hours later. And when asked when they would be on location, the owner yelled and told me that we could either deal with it or call someone else. Then when they finally showed up, their mechanic broke multiple clips to the side fairing (so many, to the point that the fairing could not be reinstalled). Then after I had to drive 30 miles and fix the truck myself. They still wanted to try and bill me $300 for doing nothing other than breaking things.

Not recommended. Scam.They promised me to do it yesterday. I waited half a day until the night. A repairman came from them, looked, said I need to take tools and left. In the end, they still haven't fixed it. He said I won't come back, and in the end, they haven't solved my problem. I wasted a lot of time. In the end, I couldn't deliver the cargo.

Very rude people I see why they have so many one Stars... Very unprofessional !!

Mr. Mike and his team went off and beyond for us. We had a bump in our tire and did not know what to do. We searched for the nearest tire shop and AMERICAN popped out. Honest service, charged us what was due. Fast service. Fair price. They helped us even though it was after hours and all of the shops in the town were closed. Keep it up! 5 stars.

Stay far away from these guys they totally left me hanging just left me stranded all day. I was told a tech would be there at 7:30 8 o’clock in the morning no one ever showed no one ever answered the phone or text messages.
