American Tow & Recovery

After waiting 4 hours for AAA to get a response from another tow company, I made them contact someone else. American responded within 10 minutes and had someone to us right away, even though it was almost midnight. The driver was professional and very helpful. Will definitely call them next time I need help!

This company was very reliable & patient. The friendly lady & gentleman were very understanding (even when my insurance company had the pickup & drop-off information mixed up). They kept in touch, found my vehicle & I on the side of the dark road and towed it safely back to my home , nearly 30 miles away. They communicated the ETA and I was so grateful to see those tow truck lights. Thanks again guys!

Extremely nice and helpful driver, I believe his name was Cobi. Id recommend this company for any of your roadside assistance needs, I hope I don't need them in the future but if I do, I will ask for them!

They answered my call quickly and had someone out there within 10 minutes. He quickly started the battery, charged me $88 and left. Sadly, the battery died within a few minutes of him leaving and they wanted another $88 for him to come back.

Service was great and they kept in contact with me for updates. Much appreciated
