Got this towing company through GEICO Roadside Assistance. They were prompt, and the dispatcher was kind and helpful. He assured us that Carl would be with us shortly. Carl arrived and was extremely helpful with changing the tire. He even followed us to the tire shop because my spare tire was no good. Excellent service from start to finish. I give this company 5/5 stars!
Vehicle was damaged on transport. I tried to reach out and figure out a solution but was ghosted by one of the owners. I’d suggest looking elsewhere. Edit: My insurance found them liable. They’re lying to save face. I recommend all others find a more honest and reliable towing service.
ABSOLUTELY THE BEST TOWING EXPERIENCE! I never thought I’d write a good review after getting my car towed in the middle of the night. However this towing company was pleasant, professional and accommodating, even going above and beyond to help get back my car. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them, especially Chad. He saved the day!
Locked our keys inside of our car. Malcom was friendly and professional helping us get back into our car less than 2-minutes of being on-site. Phenomenal customer service. Highly recommended.
What a great experience! Nobody likes having car trouble, but this was far and away the easiest process for a tow I've ever had! They arrived quick, hooked my car up quick...the tech was very professional and knowledgeable as well! I will ONLY be using American Towing going forward!!!!
