I stopped at a gas station in WV on my way to TN, and when I got back in my car it wouldn't start. I called at least 10 places that were too busy to help me, but thankfully American said they could look at it the same day. By the time I got my car towed there, they had the garage ready and got started immediately. It turned out the starter, which I'd had replaced a week prior, had rattled loose and they needed to replace it. Everyone was very friendly, honest, and professional, and they managed to get me back on the road again swiftly that afternoon for less than I'd spent the first time. They really saved my day and my trip. If I lived near there, I'd be returning for all my automotive needs going forward. Thanks again!

Great! 2nd time taking a car there they don't overcharge, they have reasonable rates and they do great and was able to do fast work if you have a deadline or a vehicle emergency and need to be somewhere

Well we had taken our 350z to 4 garages and none could find why the car made braking noises They found that the Wheel abs sensor was worn out and replaced it. Very nice people there and you can shoot pool while waiting
