These guys are great!! We were traveling through in our motor home and discovered we were having brake problems. They got us in on Monday morning and were able to get us back on the road Tuesday morning. The cost was reasonable and the whole experience was a good one. Thanks again

Was on our way to Denton Ferry RV Park on the White River near Mountain Home with our Airstream travel trailer and began getting messages on my Ford F150 Powerboost that “trailer is disconnected”! Rather alarming message which I had not seen previously, especially driving the steep and curvy roads in the area. Knew it was on the hitch so it had to be something electronic having to do with connectivity to the trailer wiring controlling the brakes and lights. A major safety issue! And we needed to drive all the way home to Katy Texas. Contacted American Truck Repair and the owner worked me in right away even though his shop was full and replaced the seven way plug himself! He walked me through every function and test for each circuit when he was done to reassure me that everything was

Our truck had died and wouldn't restart. They provided mobile service for us. They were very responsive thru the whole process. They got our driver running and even followed him down the road for a bit to make sure it would stay running on a little road test. We would use them again if we are ever in the area again. We recommend them. Price was reasonable.

American Truck Repair in Mountain Home AR. always do a fantastic job repairing my International PRO Star + truck.Whether it is broke down on side of road or in the garage. Billy also pulled it out of the mud with his wrecker.I highly recommend American Truck Repair to everyone that has a heavy duty truck or trailer in need of any type of repairs. The only reason they’re getting one star is because I can’t leave a zero. I would like to thank American Truck Repair for telling my company that they were going to come out and repair my truck, which was a simple fix of an airline fitting, Also stating that it was going to be a four hour wait because they had another truck before me and then at 5 1/2 hours they haven’t even bothered to show up yet and they had not called my company to communicate they weren’t going to show up! I’m really glad I wasn’t sitting on the side of the highway. I wouldn’t plan on another return phone call from my company and I sure as the world WILL NOT recommend your services to anybody!!
