I live in Denver. I bought a truck from American Trucks. the whole process was very smooth, the truck was just how they said it would be ( in great shape !), they handled shipping too all the way to Denver...through a snow storm, so thats why the trucks a little dirty :) great job guys !

Picked up a 2015 Silverado 2500 for our business. Had a couple of hiccups with the truck upon delivery but Frank and the team stood behind it and got everything fixed. I couldn't ask for a better result. It says a lot about a business and their team when they stand behind the product they are selling you. Highly recommend you check them out when looking for trucks and equipment.

6 stars would be more appropriate for this company. Family owned , everyone works as a team to get things figured out. Had a few hiccups with my new rig and the took care of it everytime on the spot. TL:DR We had an unexpected issue and these guys stepped up to the plate and did the right thing. These guys were great to work with! I was initially very hesitant to make a large purchase like this bucket truck, sight unseen. However, it was the right truck at the right price so I decided to take a chance. After we had negotiated a price, I sent an independent inspector over to look at the truck. We found that the tires were pretty worn out and a couple of other minor issues. American Trucks & Equipment agreed to repair the minor stuff and got me an AMAZING deal on 4 brand new tires. I booked a flight down there from MA, Anthony picked me up from the airport and brought me to their shop. We went over the truck which was as I expected it to be. We had a communication issue over the weekend. I had booked a flight to come purchase a vehicle but it was sold over the weekend. He owner gave me a call to apologize and reimbursed my flight for my inconvenience. Disappointed I wasn’t able to get the beautiful vehicle but extremely impressed with the commitment to customer service!
