If I could leave less than a zero for the installation company for these windows I would. 2 of the windows wouldn't open due to excessive caulk at top. Window was caulked shut. I had a total home window replacement. Puddles of caulk all up and down the sides and bottom of windows. Caulk looks likes some kid stuck play doh in the corners with their thumbs. None of the guys that were here the day of the installation could make a straight line of caulk. I have never seen such a poor job. The owner of the company is the worst. He has been here 3 times for a repair and every time he leaves it looks worse. He has even used the wrong color the last time! I am so ashamed of my new windows I don't want to show them to anyone. Turned my request over to someone else. I Need 1 complete window and the bottom half of another. Thry did work for me in the past when I only needed window but they are to good now to be bothered with such a small job. They only want whole house jobs.

I made an appointment for a windshield replacement online. They said they will call me. They didn't so I called them. They said they will send me a confirmation email. They didn't so I called them again the day before my appointment and they assured me that t they would be there on time. The morning of my appointment they called to tell me that they had to cancel because they didn't have anyone to do the work. WASTE OF TIME!!! Your better off calling Safelite.

Great windows that are easy to install. Needed a replacement and they weren't above and beyond to make it simple and easy for me. Highly recommend.

Didn't put bolts back on wipers destroyed headliner windshield fell about an inch after the guy pulled off black glue all over sides top and inside my vehicle 😡😡😡😡😡😡
