If I could give a zero I would. Back windshield of my friends car was just replaced in September and it exploded today after she put on the defroster. This company obviously used the wrong piece of glass or put in a defected one and they will not replace it! That is bad customer service. I will never use nor recommend this company

Unbelievable trash company that replaced my sisters windshield 3 months ago and today while she was driving her back window exploded all over her. We called them to tell them what happened and they wouldn’t work with us at all. How does a back window explode? And they don’t care? Never give this place your business

Worst body shop repair. He did not repair the damage to my car professionally, while he covered some of the damage with plastic covers without repair. This is fraud. I will attach some pictures here so you can see what he did to my car. As well he took a long time for this bad repair.

I've had a very good experience with Louis, he will work with you and be patient with what you request, and as mechanics go he can only provide the services you allow him too its up to the costumer how stuff is repaired, he has been very patient with me and my circumstance and I will continue to work with him on getting my car back to where it once was, he is an independent company so there must be patience in whatever your situation is, very nice guy
