AMERICAR AUTO REPAIR & INSPECTION

Needed my truck inspected and the (I'm assuming) owner stopped what he was doing and inspected my truck. I didn't ask him to stop what he was doing. I was prepared to wait. But he was very informative, answered all my questions and was very nice and polite. I'll most definitely be going back. Thank you!

I am so very angry !!!! March 3 , 2021 Bottom line $1065.27 and four months later Air conditioner still not working. This is after buying a New Compressor.Yesterday was the last straw , July 16, 2021. Took my car at 9am . When the Owner made the appointment for me to bring my car back in ( 4th time ) she said she was ordering a New Compressor. By 2pm ( 5 hour later) I called to check the status of the repair , she told me she was sending someone to pick me up. She said my car did not need a new one. That is was something else wrong becsuse the top radiator hose was hot. When I asked what was wrong, she said " I needed to get it checked out to see what is wrong." WHAT THE HELL ; IT HAD BEEN AT HER SHOP FOR FIVE HOURS!!!! Never again. But I will not allow her to pocket my money and the prob
