Wonderful place! We hit something that was black and metal on I-95 northbound right before exit 33. It looked like debris from the construction area and three other cars hit the same debris at the same time this place was 1 mile away from the gas station that we pulled into off exit 33 and they had the tire that we needed and they got us back on the road within an hour. Very honest and fast place. Does great work! Definitely a safe place for travelers in need to stop for help and repairs.

We were on a 13 hour road trip and half way through needed to stop for emergency repairs. We asked a local for a recommendation and were referred to Americas Auto! Antonio and his team were able to immediately asses the situation and help us out. They needed about 5 hours to get the parts and fix it up, but that was no worries to us! The town is walkable with some restaurants and a Walmart less than a mile down the road. We are now cruising safely back on the road. We appreciate this shop so much and are very thankful!

Bought a 15in used tire for $50 with a 3 day lemon warranty if it had a slow leak. It had a leak and brought it to be replaced. They claimed to replace the tire but I was in the shop and saw no one take the tire off the rim. I asked if it was a different tire than I came in with and they said yes. I asked if it was bad would they also replace it (did not believe the tire was changed). I was told no only one replacement and if I need anymore I can buy a new tire but they will not replace a bad tire if it is used past 3 days of the original purchase. I appreciate a warranty but I do not think they changed the tire the second time and I also do not feel responsible if they sell me yet another bad tire. Deceptive, fraudulent, thieves. They hung up on me Friday when I had to call about a warranty. You lied about replacing my alternator wire but wrote it on the ticket for 49.99, you gave my mom a hard time and you covered the alternator in electrical tape but charged me for a new one. The duralast alternator had the voltage regulator fail immediately after I got it home. You charged us for a diagnosis fee however we were the ones that told you the battery wasn't charging up to 12v. When we talked to you about how long the wait before the techs would get to us it was a couple hours until we found somebody that could immediately service the vehicle, you blocked my vehicle in with a Hyundai upon hearing this phone call. I highly recommend this automotive repair shop! I was traveling back to my home in Florida when my truck broke down. I was able to get it to this exit and shop. The place was swamped ! They were friendly and could’ve easily turned us away or made us wait until there next business day which would have been Monday as they’re closed on Sunday’s instead they got the parts I needed and got me back on the road a few hours later! Thanks again!
