Im visiting South Fork from Texas and started having a low growl from the front brakes on my ‘25 Land Cruiser. This business was highly rated and now I understand why! They were very friendly, professional and took me back to the shop to show me how the front brakes had gotten hot but totally safe to drive! They didn’t charge me for the inspection which was amazing even though I was more than happy to pay for their time and sense I’m from out of state but insisted that no payment was necessary! I would definitely return to this business to have my cars worked on! Alamosa, you have a gift with Americas Auto and Tire! As a paerson who doesn't trust mechanics this place has definitely changed my perspective . They offered amazing service from the first phone call . I spoke to gentleman named James who walked me thru the process of having my Jeep towed in and worked on .The communication they offer with customers is truly above and beyond for mechanic shops . Got my jeep up and running in a day . Highly recommend this place very honest and fair and they dont try to pressure you into more services like other places .

We want to start by saying not only are these some of the most helpful shop people, but also some of the kindest ones we’ve met! We worked with James and Melissa (I believe that was their names) , who were both amazing, and want to acknowledge the whole team who worked on our van , thank you all so much. We had to order a part on a Thursday afternoon, and while it took until the following Wednesday to arrive (no fault of the shop , it was the supplier’s delay on the East Coast), America’s Auto and Tire was incredibly accommodating the entire time. They kept us updated on the shipment, checked in often, and made sure we were all set while we waited. When the part finally arrived, they got our van in right away.
