Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish! Avoid this place at all cost! Called this place to ask how much or a ball park of what they would charge to replace my hub bearings. (Note) I had already done the necessary tests to confirm it was in deed the hub bearing that was failing, but did not have the time or the available shop to do the repair myself. Instead of a simple answer which should have been 1-2hrs depending on the vehicle i got continuously questioned over the phone on how exactly did I know it was a hub bearing, and what noises was it making. My response was "the noise its making is the sound of a hub bearing going out". Their response was " well let's not toss unnecessary parts at it, and we need to do our own diagnostic to confirm". Thats fine ill pay the diag fee f

Super industrious when it came to solving my challengers problems and got me back on the road before my daughter Effie Casseais got out of preschool! I recommend both the Cortez and Durango Shops every time. I’ve taken everything from my truck Casseais and now my dream car Octavia. A 2019 challenger to them. Honestly they care about your ride. I just didn’t get that from the dealer after so many issues with the mechanics after having my vehicles returned with more problems than when I showed up at the dealers with my rides.

All the crew at America's Auto Care in Durango, CO are awesome! They are detailed and attentive and communicate well with customers. I started taking my vehicle there after reading so many glowing reviews and talking with people who went there. Not an unhappy person among them! In my latest visit the crew stayed past closing to make sure I could pick up my car that day instead of the next day. Whenever possible I make appointments for the services I want, but this latest was a repair. They quickly got the needed parts in and got the repair done ASAP to get me back on the road. I am one of MANY very happy customers!

The mechanics accurately diagnosed the issue my car was having and fixed it the same day. They also recommended another service, which I gave the okay for, but they called last minute to say they didn’t have one small part. I fortunately had the flexibility to have them keep my car overnight in order to get the part in and finish the job. Chris at the front desk was very communicative and always kind and professional, so shout out to him. I will keep using these guys as my mechanic and find them easy to schedule and work with.
