If you want rock solid, and extremely knowledgeable technicians who not only care about your vehicle, but you as well. These are your people. My first and second experience with them were fantastic and I knew that I was in good hands. This place is great. Not only did they get me in right away they done what I asked. They didn't tell me I needed to have tons of other things done they just simply fixed my problem. By calling around and checking prices of the other places, America's Auto & Tire of Montrose is by far the most wallet friendly shop around.

BEWARE!!! TOTAL SCAMMERS... brought in a truck to get an alignment. Simple, nothing else please, dont check other things, just an alignment. I had just completely replaced every single component of the front end and steering system, except the ball joints. I get a text message 2 hours later saying they cannot complete the alignment because the steering damper and all ball joints were old, loose and worn out, but they would be happy to replace them for just under $3000 .... anyone Charging $3k for ball joints is absurd!! Everything under the truck is brand new including the damper. Pretty obvious that they took the comment I made about not replacing ball joints and just gave me a quote to replace unnecessary parts. We were smart (and honestly lucky) enough to pick America’s Auto & Tire in Montrose when we could’ve gone to a bunch of other places nearby, and thank god we did. I truly don’t think the experience or outcome would’ve been as good anywhere else. The issue with our Mercedes Sprinter van was fixed super quickly, and we worked with Josh, the shop manager, who was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything so we fully understood what was going on. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and knows his stuff inside and out. He went way above and beyond for us. Everyone we met there was so kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. My son’s car had several problematic issues. Joshua and Raul went above and beyond to help us out. They explained in great detail the problems with the car in terms that we could understand. Each of the 3 visits I’ve had I felt so grateful for the way we were treated. Terms I would use to describe our experiences: Honest, Helpful, Kind, Caring, Efficient, Trustworthy, Priced Fairly and Excellent Customer Service.
