I needed a coolant reservoir and Rico took care of me. The one I bought had a fine crack in it. I went back and they replaced it without any issues. Great customer service and they honor their warranty! Great selection and they pull the part for you!
Claimed to have a good condition transmission that we needed, but when we showed up, half of the bellhousing was broken off. Just tell the truth in the beginning.
Great salvage yard with great people! I wish more salvage yards were like Americas Best. Truly a 5 star business
The man in the front desk has zero customer orientation. He is rude and disrespectful to others. I dont blame him, he's granted with a little power over a junk yard and thinks he's somehow superior than the customers. The yard itself is decent but will not recommend due to HORRIBLE customer service.
Very knowledgeable super helpful and great pricing. I loved the homemade convertible that they drive you around to find parts
