We’ve been here several times for different tires and different vehicles. Grateful I purchased the certificate for my 4 new tires as I had some damage 11 months later and they patched at no charge. Giovanni was excellent at telling me the situation and encouraged me to get a spare since it’s an older tire; also he noted I am at 7/32 on treadmill and is warranted for life of tire. Our trailer tires we purchased a few months ago are also the best you could get and have traveled with us over 15,000 miles.

I normally don’t write reviews but when a company or employee does a great job the company needs to know about it. That being said, yes there are company standards but employees don’t always follow them when no one is looking. The following guys did. Raymond was at the counter. He greeted me immediately, very friendly . I showed him a picture of the tire I wanted. I had bought the same tire last week as a spare for my other car. I’m 72 years old with back issues. I ask Raymond if it were possible for the “team” to get the old spare out from under the car (Suburban) to which Raymond responded “sure, no problem”. No hesitation. Hey everyone! So I came here for the second time, bought two tires and had a wheel alignment done. I told the tech I just had a detail done to my car and asked them to apply tire shine to the new tires so it doesn’t look off. When they brought my car there was no tire shine on the new tires. The heavy set guy with the side bang thought I was stupid and lied straight to my face. He told me he put the tire shine on the back tires. I told him no you didn’t I just had the car detailed, you guys put the new tires on the front and it’s obvious the new tires don’t have tire shine. He lied again and said well our tire shine just dries down fast so that’s how it looks. He ended up going back and grabbing the tire shine after seeing how upset I was getting. Everything was great until the day after service when I noticed the tire pressure sensor was no longer sending readings to my dashboard. When I brought it to their attention, they said it was coincidence. I asked 2 other automotive professionals & they said this issue was highly unlikely. I recommend choosing another tire store, like Costco.

When I visited on 01/16/26 I had a bolt in my tire and ended up needing new tires . I received fast service and the guys that work there were very nice and professional. However , as I was driving home my car started throwing warning signs and telling me to stop my vehicle due to the incorrect tire size, it was kind of a nerve wracking drive home . I had to drive it back in the morning in the same condition to have them replaced with the correct size .
