I ring in to check out for tires rotating price and was surprised it’s free but wait for 2 hours to get it done. Should be five stars but someone arrived after me, the guy did his car before me. So…..

It was awful. My tire had a nail in it, and after waiting in line for a long time, they told me tire repair was free, but one of my tires needed to be replaced. So I paid $351 to replace it. Their efficiency was unbelievably low—I arrived at 11 a.m. and didn’t leave until 5 p.m. Worst of all, they never actually repaired my tire. The next day, I found the nail was still in it. I can’t spend another five hours going back to that shop. Maybe I didn’t even need a new tire at all—I was deceived.

I have been coming here for the last 15 years and they have always been very courteous and processional whenever I come in and oftentimes, my vehicle(s) are completed even sooner than the expected wait time, which are typically not that long to begin with. Just as a point of note, set your appointments online, it's the easiest way to go. Truest me. I always appreciate this location's professionalism and efficiency. I have had to get my tire issues addressed at other locations and the Industry location has certainly consistently provided the best experiences. Thank you very much!

Literally just left about 2 minutes ago and was super happy with the service that they had either. You coming here for years and everyone has been great. I was helped by a young man named to Sammy. Very professional, really really nice, told me exactly what they did to my vehicle, and katell was very knowledgeable. Keep up the great work Sammy! Thanks a lot bro!

The tire pressure light came on at noon on Monday. I simply inflated the tire. An hour later, the light came back on. I went back in the afternoon and asked them to check carefully for nails. I waited an hour and they said there were no nails. Less than two hours later, the tire pressure light came on again. On Tuesday night, I found that the left front tire was obviously flat. I went back Wednesday morning to have it repaired. When a tire is flat, you can't just rely on instruments.
