I first came to America's Tire years ago when highly recommended by a trusted friend. Services have been consistently excellent over the years...respectful, eager to help, well informed, professional yet personalized service, good products at reasonable prices & good follow up service. For example, today I brought my friend's wheelchair van in after a tire blow out (no one hurt luckily!). They were able to explain why it happened & how to prevent it in the future. They took a good amount of time explaining the issues & options to me in person & to my handicapped friend over the phone. They helped us to decide to purchase good, but less expensive tires because of the low miles driven. No rush, no pressure, no condescending attitude at all. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility. It's clear they take pride in maintaining a well-organized and welcoming environment. The staff were incredibly professional and courteous. They listened attentively to my needs and patiently answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured, and they took the time to explain the different tire options available to me, helping me make the best choice for my vehicle and budget. I stopped in just to put air in my tires when Dylan came out and greeted me professionally. After inspecting my tires, he let me know that both of my front tires were severely worn and needed to be replaced as soon as possible. I hadn’t planned on getting new tires and was tight on money, but he took the time to explain the safety concern and worked with me to find a great deal within my budget. I truly appreciated his attentiveness, honesty, and excellent customer service. I left feeling much safer, and it genuinely made my day. We need more people like this in the world.

The staff at this location were outstanding. It's a busy place so I highly recommend you make an appointment. They found a huge screw in one of my tires and patched it all up. I had no idea it was a free service.

Went to America’s tire today to get the valve of my tire fixed during lunch and noticed it was a bit long. I was worried I was not going to be able to get it fixed in time for me to leave but the serviceman who helped me, I feel so bad I did not get his name, came outside and checked on the tire and said this is a service he can do quickly for me!! He was so fast and attentive and I really appreciate that he was able to get me seen so quickly. I definitely recommend this tire shop they are so great!!!
