America's Tire

I’ve come here for some tire services before and have never had an issue. I brought in a set of tires and wheels to be mounted. One came back with a damaged sidewall. I drove back to the store to talk to Josh about it and he denied any possibility of the tire being damaged by their employees nor their machines. They gave me a refund on the labor because they improperly balanced my wheels, they left the old wheel weights on with a different tire mounted which should have been taken off and slapped more on, but Josh told me they could not do anything about the tire. Pretty annoyed I emailed corporate and I got a phone call from Alex the store manager of America’s tire in Glendora. I spent over 3 hours waiting for my vehicle to get new tires installed while witnessing several other customers arrive and leave before me (all while being told several times that my car was next). I also feel like I was bamboozled into purchasing all 4 tires when my tire thread was still measuring between a 5-6. I’ve been to the other shop in Glendale and I felt that the service technician there was more honest and had better customer service skills. Too bad I was on the other side of town.

My tire blew up on the freeway on my way out of town. I stopped by on short notice and they were very accommodating. They knew I was in a hurry to get on the road so they saw me sooner than they had originally quoted me. Which was fantastic because I was needing to get somewhere for work that was four hours away. Would definitely recommend great service and great selection of tires.

My car needed new tires so bad. My sister recommended me America's tire and I really liked the service. It was very busy today, the day after Christmas, but I used the wait time to relax and get some lunch. When I came back my car was ready. I felt the difference as soon I started driving off.

Had a nail in my tire and they took care of it with no problem. Staff was friendly, I would definitely recommend.
