America's Tire

Had to replace the worn out tires on my car and after a ton of research and visits to several tire shops I ordered my tires online from America's Tires. They had all of the info I wanted, and shipping to the shop was fast. I got updates as I waited for my appointment. When I got to the shop it was pouring rain (good thing I was getting high performance all season tires) and there was a sign out front greeting me and my car for our appointment. In the rain! I was impressed. Got greeted by Omar whom I'd already spoken with on the phone after my order was placed. Previously purchased all new tires for a Highlander and had a great experience. Scheduled appointment today for Ferrari 488GTB with a screw in the rear tire (305/30 R20 p-zero Z). Drove straight into bay, they greeted me by name, and manually jacked the car, and changed out the tire. Amazing service- in and out in no time.

Incredible experience at America's Tire on Fairview. Excellent customer service, honest and transparent. I thought my moms car needed an alignment and asked them to do one. They called me after they looked at car and said it did not need one and they would refund the money when I picked up the car. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, friendly and kind. Also fast! I highly recommend them.

Came in last minute after another tire shop told me they didn’t have my tire, and the team here seriously saved me. They took me in during the last hour before closing and still treated me kindly and professionally! No attitude, no rushing, just great service. They got everything handled quickly and made a stressful situation way easier. Super appreciative of how helpful everyone was. Definitely coming back here from now on!

My daughter needed new tires, but I don't live near Santa Barbara. Omar was helpful with the process of picking the right tires for my daughter's car, walking me through all the costs, and was patient of the several calls with questions. I have recommend my local America's Tire for over 20 years, and my recommendation extends to this store location because of Omar's excellent customer service.
