America's Tire

In the last 2 months, I have purchased new sets of tires for 2 of my vehicles from America’s Tire. Ordering the tires I wanted specifically from the web site was a breeze, and specifying this location (Hercules) was easy. The tires (Nitto Terra Grapplers) were in both instances delivered rapidly. The first set, ordered in the morning, was delivered by the afternoon and I had them installed same day. The second set, ordered in the evening, was delivered the following day. Fantastic customer service and very quick installation. I worked with Tony in both instances. Tony and his team provide excellent customer service and communication. Ordered tires and rims and had it sent to this location and set an appointment. I was greeted right away from a worker named Raul. Very professional and understood my concerns. Fairly new place but service is perfect. Prices are great and they price match. They also fix flats and help you check air pressure for free. What a great company. Will be coming back. I NEVER thought I would give this place a chance! However, in a moment of desperation, I decided to buy two tires. As I arrived to check in my vehicle, I was welcomed right away. One thing I really appreciated was that they took the time to listen to my concerns first. After that, they presented me with a fantastic deal on a set of tires 👍! I was truly impressed! The manager also caught my attention when he informed me that my vehicle was ready and asked if I had any concerns. I felt appreciated for giving them my business. My, initial, experience was outstanding!

The service at the Hercules location is PHENOMENAL!!! I received excellent customer service from TONY, PHILLIP, RAUL and TYRONE!! Everyone worked quickly and gave me updates along the way. I HIGHLY recommend America's Tire in Hercules. THANK YOU guys for taking good care of my car!!🥰
