I’ve always had great experiences at America’s Tire in Hesperia on Main Street, and this last visit was no exception. This location consistently treats me well and maintains a very professional atmosphere. From the moment I ordered my tires, Robert was outstanding—extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely attentive to what I needed for my 2023 Cadillac CT4. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and they kept me informed until my tires arrived at the store. When I came in for installation, Andrew assisted me and was just as impressive. He was professional, attentive, and managed to take great care of not only me but every customer in the lobby. It’s clear this team works well together and takes pride in their customer service. I had such an exceptional experience today thanks to Drew. From the moment he started helping me, he made me feel completely taken care of. He walked me through everything, explained my tire situation in a way I could actually understand, and never once tried to upsell me or push anything I didn’t need. He was patient, personable, compassionate, and genuinely concerned about my safety. What really stood out was how much I learned from him. He took the time to explain the differences in tire quality, why certain tires last longer, and the importance of getting an alignment to protect my investment. Needed all new tires, so I came in on Saturday, had help ordering them, and were installed on Monday! 😁 customer service was wonderful, lots of smiles and conversation. Staff was quick to put on my new tires only took about an hour. Five stars.

Staff are friendly, personable and knowledgeable. I've gone here for years and only but tired from them. Absolutely the best tires and warranty for little $$.

Over the phone consultations on Monday, compared shops, ordered tires specifically with America's Tire in Hesperia on Tuesday because of their outstanding professionalism & CS over the phone. I was informed that the tires would arrive on Thursday, LATEST by Friday. Because of the 3h round trip from my place to the shop & holidays coming up, we planned our trip according to the shipment arrival schedule/appnmt availability they gave us for Friday even though they'd mean that we'd have to drive in dark. Again, it was my choice to commit to all these to get the service done at this America's Tire location, not knowing what would end up happening..
