America's Tire

I consistently have a great experience at America’s Tire in Livermore. During my most recent visit, I stopped by to have a potential flat tire inspected. Upon arrival, Nathan promptly greeted me and asked how he could assist. After I explained that I suspected a flat tire, he quickly examined the vehicle and confirmed the issue. When I went into the office to check in, there were several customers ahead of me. However, Nathan informed me that he had already taken care of the check-in process, which I truly appreciated. Shortly afterward, Henry took over and efficiently repaired the tire. Once the work was completed, both Nathan and Henry personally let me know that everything was fixed and wished me a great day. First off its in a quiet corner of Livermore so GPS it, it's worth it. Friendly and thorough but quick. I took my PT Cruiser there because I had a very slow leak. No one else found what the problem ones so as I was gassing next door I decided to drop in and have them add air. The young man at the counter told me if I could wait he would be happy finding what was the cause. A hidden nail in the thread was the issue. They repaired it. give me the thread life and when I should replace my tires all free of charge. Great customer service, honest advice and competitve pricing makes this an awesome place to shop. Hioghly recommend them.

I scheduled the appointment and purchased the tires through the store's website, and when I arrived at the location, I received excellent service. The appointment was for 8 am, I arrived at 7:50, and by 8:05 they had already returned my car to me after changing two tires. It was the fastest service I've ever received at a tire shop. They could work in Formula 1, their pit stop is above average, lol! I've been to other stores in the chain with much worse experiences, and after the service, the car's dashboard looked like a Christmas tree, with lights related to ABS and TPMS illuminated and indicating defects, right after the replacement and mishandling. The Livermore store gets an extra point. 01/30/26 - Honda Civic!

Livermore America's Tire is my go to place when I have any issue with my tires. The team is very helpful, kind and professional. Alex and the whole team were amazing today. I appreciate each and everyone one of them
