Amazing service here! Eli, Daniel and Miguel were awesome and had my car done way faster than they said they would be able to! I had to get back to someone asap and they made that happen as quick as possible. Thanks so much guys I appreciate you! And thanks for the great price! I initially purchased online tires and wheels, but I received a call informing me that the wheels were out of stock or discontinued. However, the boss man, Cameron, was incredibly helpful. Excellent customer service, well-spoken, and got me into a different set of rims for the same price I paid. I truly appreciate that. I will definitely return and recommend this place. I’ve been going to American Tires for years and they consistently offer the best prices and are great at price matching to give you the best deal. Their warranties are excellent, which gives me peace of mind every time I purchase tires. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and I want to give a special shoutout to Bani for his outstanding customer service. He’s knowledgeable, welcoming, and takes the time to explain options clearly. Service is efficient, honest, and stress-free. Excellent product - no better/worse than any other tire shop and , if you shop around, cost is about the same. The upsell today was a big turnoff for me. No, I don't need windshield wipers. Tread, I don't need explanation on your chart. Certificate, what are you taking about. Just replace the damn tire. Least customers (3:30 on a Wednesday) I have seen at this place, but did get my vehicle back quick. Will definitely look for a new tire shop to do my business when I get back to country, though.

Went in yesterday for a balding front passenger tire. Called ahead of time and spoke to Gabriel, very helpful and great demeanor over the phone. Upon arrival, Katlynn helped me out and was very knowledgeable about my situation. Gabriel even came out to introduce himself as the one i had spoken to prior. Both were very attentive! Although nothing got done at the time (didn’t have my tire in stock), she made sure to call other locations and set up an appointment for me ASAP. I’ve always gone to America’s Tire for my vehicles and yesterday proved why. Great customer service at this location especially, highly recommend.
